By accessing or using Nkods [DEV], you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. License

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product. You may:

• Use the product in your personal or commercial projects
• Modify the product for your own use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files
• Claim the product as your own creation
• Use the product to create competing marketplace products

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after download. However, if you experience a genuine technical issue, contact support within 7 days of purchase.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Circumvent any security or access control measures
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Limitation of Liability

Nkods [DEV] is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
