Nkods [DEV] sells exclusively digital products. We do not ship physical goods. No packaging, courier services, or postal charges apply to any purchase made on our platform.
Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, your purchased products are made available instantly in your account:
- Log in to your account and go to Downloads.
- Your product will appear with a secure, time-limited download link.
- Download links are unique to your account and protected against redistribution.
Delivery Timeline
- Paid orders: Instant delivery after payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
- Free products: Instant delivery after account registration/login.
- Payment pending / failed: If a payment takes longer than usual to confirm, access is typically granted within a few minutes once the payment clears. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, please contact support.
Download Access
You can download your purchased files at any time from the Downloads section of your account. Future version updates, when released, will also appear there automatically.
Access Issues
If you cannot access your download after a successful payment, please open a support ticket through your Help & Support section and we will resolve it promptly.
