No-Refund Policy on Digital Products
All products sold on Nkods [DEV] are digital goods delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital products — which are accessible immediately upon payment — all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund solely because you changed your mind or purchased the wrong product.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will consider a refund only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The product files are inaccessible or corrupted and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase via our support ticket system.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with your system, server, or hosting environment (check requirements before buying).
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product.
- You violated our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
- You have already downloaded and accessed the product files.
How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request, open a support ticket in your Help & Support section and include your order ID and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
